Lots of things could have happened. Your host might have restored an old backup of files and/or database (pre your postage add-on installation) without telling you. A hacker might have gotten in and messed up your files. Your host might have upgraded PHP and it broke some of your code (the postage module specifically, if it was actually old code while the rest of your store is reasonably up to date). You might have made a change somewhere and accidentally broken something. Do you have any error messages logged? What osC version and what add-ons? Of course you have a full backup of your site on your PC, which you can compare against, and you also can look at the timestamps on all files to see if any look unexpectedly old (or new).
