ArtcoInc
For kicks, I ran my store through Google Translate. Some of the icons, which do show up when viewing the store normally, are not coming through the translation: Any ideas why this might be happening? I seem to remember something about a problem with icons, etc if there were discrepancies with the http://<sitename> -vs- http://www.<sitename> in the configure files and/or the .htaccess files, but don't know if that applies here. Thanks in advance! Malcolm
Dan Cole
I don't remember the details but as I recall this was discussed in the main BS thread a couple of times. I'm pretty sure a few solutions were offered as well... Need help? See this thread and provide the information requested. Is your version of osC up to date? You'll find the latest osC community version (CE Phoenix) here.
ArtcoInc
@@Dan Cole Thanks! I searched back through the BS thread, and I *think* this was the answer: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/396152-bootstrap-3-in-2334-responsive-from-the-get-go/?p=1694888 If so, my next questions are: 1) In what directory does this get added to the .htaccess file? The root directory, or the catalog directory? And, 2) Will Google read (and execute) the .htaccess file when it does a translate on the site? Thanks! ♥Tsimi
Answer to question 1: inside the htaccess file under the catalog folder or your root folder. (the first htaccess you see)
