prices for logged-in users only - 1054 - Unknown column 'products_login_to_view_price' in 'field list'

Hi all,

 

I have recently installed a template on my oscommerce site and then installed a new feature for "prices for logged-in users only".

There is no problem with template but when I tried following the instructions on add on feature, I am getting the issue below. Can you pls help me out with this?

1054 - Unknown column 'products_login_to_view_price' in 'field list'

select products_login_to_view_price from products where products_id = '8723'

i have checked that entries are made in configuration table and column has been added in products table.

 

I am a newbie here and don't know what other information need to be posted here. TIA.

Did you have to add this field manually? If so, could you have put it in the wrong table? Is this a separate "add-on" from the template you installed, or was it part of the template package? What version of osC? Ideally you should be at 2.3.4. Don't even think about running a 2.2 level store any more.
