All blank page on 2.3.3

Hi,

 

i read many post about blank page , in index.php i coment this line

 

 

require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '/' . FILENAME_DEFAULT);

 

 

and the page back

 

But another files there are the same error,

 

i try in admin language change to english and set to default but does´t work and i set again to porrugues

 

whow to fix this?

Exactly what problem are you trying to fix? Commenting out that line is a bad idea -- you lose all language support. If you are having problems with "unable to find" the language support, check if your $language variable is ''. It should be something like "english". That was fixed somewhere in 2.3.3.x (application_top.php). Your easiest route may be to upgrade step-by-step to 2.3.3.4 or even 2.3.4.

"I change to root all files" what does this mean? You tried to move the entire site from a folder to the root? That's not a good thing to do. You should leave it in a folder, and if you don't want customers to have to type in the folder name, use .htaccess "URL rewrite" to jump them from the root to the folder. That keeps your store cleanly isolated from everything else on the site, and allows you to install other applications (in their own folders) without them stepping on each other. Once you have more than one application on the site, you need to write some sort of entry page in the root, with links to the store and other applications (and remove the URL rewrite).
