Spelly Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 Hello; I miss a function in the admins panel that allows to prolong the download time for a single customer. Maybe the customer missed to download within 7 days his MP3s and writes an e-mail to me to tell me, that he likes to download the files now but the download time is over. ♥14steve14 Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 I have been in the same position a few times when customers have not downloaded files within the time limit. I have now extended the time limit through changing the settings in admin. As to the customer who has not got his downloads, I just package them up and send attached to an email, or you can place the files in a special folder and send the customer a download link. The trouble with this method is that you have to protect the folder somehow to stop others finding it, and also keep search engines out. As to whether there is a better way, I have no idea.
