Custom order module?

Is there such a thing as a custom order module?

I wouldn't sell regular products, all orders are of products from elsewhere.

So, for example you come in and want to place the order. You choose ADD TO CART or NEW PRODUCT, or whatever.

Then on that page you can enter url of the product, item #, quantity, and price. Then you have an option to add more items, just hit the little plus and you have another line to add.

I'm attaching an image of what a line would look like.

Is there such a module, or something close enough?
