We have customers trying to order from Puerto Rico, but keep getting the error from USPS (Missing Value For Country)? A sample of the address entered is below, OSC Customer 60040 CALLE A Str Box 606 Naranjito, 00719 Naranjito, Puerto Rico Thanks for any help. MrPhil Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 For some reason, the USPS software thinks that you're trying to ship out of the country. Puerto Rico should be treated like a U.S. state (technically it's an independent country, but part of the commonwealth) as far as USPS is concerned. 00719 is the correct ZIP code. If you're really at osC 2.2 MS2, that's horribly outdated and insecure, and you should strongly consider upgrading to the current osC 2.3.3.4 (fresh install of 2.3.3.4 and migrate your database and product images, rather than trying to upgrade level by level). If you're at osC 2.3.1, that's still a bit long of tooth, and you should think about a level-by-level upgrade to 2.3.3.4. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
