better twitter share?

I was wondering if anyone knew a way of making or editing the current share to twitter so that it included the product title and maybe a custom bit of text or hashtag...

 

At the moment the share to twitter just fills in a link

 

I have edited /includes/modules/social_bookmarks/sb_twitter.php

It now makes a tweet like this

Now I want it to auto fill in the product name/title... but im a noob and dont know what to do LOL...

No offence but I could hire a someone to write the script needed for £10 its only a tiny amount of editing and someone who knows php can do it eyes closed in a few seconds, if you think I am going to pay $299.99 then you are mistaken...
