designad
I recently had a tech add File Upload 7 to our oscommerce site and it appears to work well, but he left no instructions as to how we can download the files that have been uploaded by our customers and we can't contact him now. I am assuming they go to a directory in the database on the server but haven't been able to identify which one it is, possibly because he has also deleted any test files that were sent during the installation (meaning I can't just search for a PDF in the database). I'm sure this is a very simple query for someone who knows...cheers!

designad
@@designad What is "file upload 7" ? Is it an add-on? Yes an add on. It places a simple HTML file button when you purchase an item from the site so you can upload artwork to be printed etc.
multimixer
@@designad I think you need to give more info about that add-on, is it available on the osCommerce add-on page? ♥14steve14
You could also spend a bit of time looking through the files on your server. it would not take too long. Quote REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
