Shopping Cart not showing on top of all pages

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to make the Shopping cart show on the top of ALL pages? It does on some pages but not all.

Normally that would be in catalog/includes/header.php. Since you're using a commercial template it could be anywhere. If you can't find it in that file, ask your template provider for help.
