I need some help with upgrade to 2.3.3

Hi Everyone

I need some help I just upgraded my site www.topdealz.co.za to ver2.3.3

Now I get the following messages in the top and don't know how to fix it...can someone perhaps point me in the right direction:

Please take a look at this and consider adding CFG_TIME_ZONE to your configuration:
