CCGV redeem button on checkout payment .php not working

Hi, I am using CCGV on my oscommerce rc2.2a store https://www.radhavallabh.com/radhakrishna-store the problem is when I click redeem on checkout payment .php it does nothing, I went through the modifications given thouroghly on all files thrice, did not leave out anything still cannot figure out the real issue. Please could anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance.

I did testing and redeem with test value "123", it gives error in red without error text.

You can simply use file write and check what you get in post.

 

Please do specify the version of CCGV your using.

 

Also are you using the option type attributes contribution?

THANKS i JUST FOUND A SOLUTION TO IT BUT NOW i AM GETTING NEW ERROR , I AM USING THE LATEST given ver 2.22 full package

AS GIVEN ON Credit Class & Gift Voucher just below the latest 5.23 version

coupon voucher does not show up anywhere in the order total so that it can be subtracted , although there is a voucher balance of 5$ showing on the right side shopping cart box column.
