Restore your back up files and then try installing the contribution again .

Ok, my database is not lost. Now I will try to install the contribution of "attribute" again. Question is, what the name is of the default attribute contribution when the osCommerce originally set up? I need to find this one to install, right?

The ability to create and assign attributes is part of the osC core code - not any contribution,

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
