chilidogtags.com
My website is www.chilidogtags.com The pet I.D. tag products have text boxes for customers to enter the information they want on their pet I.D. tag. The problem is that when you click "add to cart", it says "your cart is empty". The other products that don't have "text boxes" do go to cart. My programmer is on the other side of the world from me, and he says I loaded the product attributes correctly. He is somewhat difficult to talk to and reach. Any help would be appreciated. spooks
1st you have a serious problem with the menu's (header and footer) the links are not formatted correctly & can cause loss of cart/login etc http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/330479-what-is-the-oscsid-why-you-must-not-loose-it/ I would suspect you add-to cart problem is an attributes issue, if a product has attributes and the attributes array is not correctly formated then the cart addition is rejected. Try removing all attributes from a product then adding that. Quote Sam Remember, What you think I ment may not be what I thought I ment when I said it. chilidogtags.com
Thank you for your response. I forwarded your answer to my programmer. I don't know if he will know what to do with the information. Edited September 5, 2012 by Jan Zonjee
