mvanderhoff Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 Customers of our website who use AT&T are not receiving our emails. We contacted AT&T and they said the server is NOT blacklisted. But did a test and found this... SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: host aln-mailrelay.att.net [12.102.252.75]: 550 [PERMFAIL] att.net requires valid sender domain Based on what I read here: http://rbl.att.net/block_enduser.html It says this "We were unable to verify the identity of the sending system." Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Is this something in my server or something in my osCommerce that I can fix. Apparently it is sending from <account name>@vps.<server company>.net Instead of info@<website>.com Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
