TBK3 Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Sorry, I have suffered some brain damage, so please be patient with me. I recently changed my Admin PW and cannot recall it. Is there any way that I can reset it or find out what I reset it to?? I have pending orders and am banging my head against a wall at the moment. Guest Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 @@TBK3 The only way to reset it is to truncate the administrators table using PHPMYADMIN in your hosting account. Once truncated, log into your admin area where you will be informed there is no administrators. So, create a new username and password and then use those new credentials to log in.
