Im not so familiar with oscommerce and i was asked to create a few features for one of my customers in a 2.3 version of osCommerce. He wants to be able to edit CSS styles directly in admin, he also wants a simple textfield in admin where he can write simple messages to be displayed on hes frontpage. No big problems doing that, i just call the css file to edit, and for the text i create a simple php flatfile for him to use. But is this secure? I know its in admin so it requires a login and trying to go to the pages i created will take you to the login page so this looks ok, But still is this safe or should i think of something else?
