Adam,

Your store is a mess and doesn't look very professional.

Things I would change:

1) Create a better header banner to include your contact information and draw attention to the site.

2) Move the live help box to one of the columns to your site

3) Ensure all of your products or services have images loaded

4) Customize the site to remove the default colors and buttons.

5) Change the footer to better arrange that information so it looks more professional, not just thrown at the bottom of the page.

6) Install SEO URL's

Perhaps a commercial template would be a better choice ???

Chris

ps. Normally, site reviews require that you have 'Powered by osCommerce' still linked in the footer, but since I didn't notice it was missing until I finished looking at your site, I will leave my review.

Fix your pages so that the SSL works correctly...now you get a warning about the pages not being secure during checkout. This is due to some elements being called via http instead of https ... usually caused by elements/graphics added with full path ie inc. http instead of just the element/graphic path.

Also consider improving the checkout "flow", making it smoother and shorter.

Can you tell me how I can get my shopping cart page and the checkout shipping page to use my ssl I see that the login page and the checkout payment pages already work like that

I will add a one page checkout addon to my site

You need to install some sort of thumbnail system for your site, the images slows down the load time.

Your site is not correctly set-up for ssl and when viewing it in ssl you get a message that its only partially encrypted which is caused by elements/graphics being called via http. For instance your live help on the right sid eis called via http and will give this warning when viewing the site over https

Click the SSL implementation help link in my signature to help with your SSL problems.

Read the first post carefully. It mentions things to check and try.

Either your config file is wrong or the store isn't recognizing that SSL is active.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

B.S.

In the SSL help thread in the 2nd post there is a link to a contribution.

Download it, unzip it, and upload the files to your store.

Then let me know so I can access them and see what's up.

In your /includes/application_top.php change this code:

  $request_type = (getenv('HTTPS') == '1') ? 'SSL' : 'NONSSL';

To this:

  $request_type = (getenv('HTTPS') == 'on') ? 'SSL' : 'NONSSL';

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
