Oder Number Display addon wont diplay

Hi all,

 

I installed the plugin http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7761 that displays the order number in various screens. I have added this in as instructed but it wont display on any of the pages that it should

 

The once of the the code it says to add is as follows

But the field is blank. can anyone help?

how we can help you, if we don't know where you have insert the code? which file have you used/updated?
