help using an addon in osc 2.3.1

Recommended Posts

thank you for your quick reply, there is a few problems here for me. I know very little about this code that makes up the store. and even less about the mod that i want to use. what i am wanting to do is make it easy for me to modifie and make new information pages for my store. If i thought i could make changes in the code i would just make my page changes in the code rather than use an addon. I can follow step by step instructions fairly well but your suggestions are not blind instructions but it requires me to be able to look and decide what needs to happen way beyond my coding skills. thank you for your quick reply

The autoinstaller will not work at all on 2.3.1. They don't work very well in any case. You would need to use the manual installation files and instructions.

The instructions I gave tell you what to look for and how to change it. If you are not capable of understanding that, I suggest that you find a different addon that is designed for 2.3 or hire someone to do all of the work for you. No, I'm not asking to get hired. I have more than I can do as it is.

Regards

Jim
