How create an reserve (book now) option?

Hello I´m osc 2.3.1 and I want create an option for pre-sales (coming soon products), example:

 

Date: 02/07/2011 (create the product)

Product avaliable at 10/08/2011

From 02/07/2011 to 09/08/2011 (or when product is avaliable) you can reserve it at button (reserve it) whith a 10% of price or 10 euros (example).

A default installation already has the ability to sell products that are currently out of stock. No contribution is needed for this.
