I am trying to gain PCI Compliance, but failed a recent scan due to Cross Site Scripting (XSS) Issues

 

My host fixed some of the other problems i was having, but mentioned to check my developer to see if they have a patch or an upgrade for my site.

 

It looks like the issue appears on two of my contact pages.

 

Would anyone know an easy way to fix this?

Do you have Security PRO and anti robot registration installed to your site? They are available to download in addons.
