Please excuse my ignorance, as this is the first time I've ever used osCommerce. I am wanting to install a couple of add-ons to my installation.

When I read through the installation directions, they all say basically the same thing:

 

- Run the three queries found in the included sql file

- add configuration keys to the table configuration

 

I don't understand I guess. How do I run the sql files? How to what table to I add the configuration keys?

 

Is there some basic add-on install guide I am missing? Because to me it seems like there are steps I am supposed to take before I get to this, like upload the files to the web server or something.

 

Any and all help would be appreciated!

To run sql files, go to your hosting control-panel and navigate to your db info and there choose phpmyadmin, that is where you can add those to your shops db.
