DawnG Posted April 13, 2011 Share Posted April 13, 2011 I'm having a dispute with a customer who placed an order for his old address - we duly sent his order to the address we received. He's now claiming that he entered his new address (this has changed in his customer record) when he placed the order. I believe that he has made a mistake, and updated his details after he placed the order. Is there any way I can see when he modified his account details? FIMBLE Posted April 13, 2011 Share Posted April 13, 2011 You can log into your phpmyadmin, then select your database and go to the customers info table, there is a column in there called customers_info_date_account_last_modified that might yield the results you seek.
