Recommended Posts

in the installation guide 2.2.6 Step 6

Open catalog/admin/includes/boxes/catalog.php

'<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_MANUFACTURERS, '', 'NONSSL') . '" class="menuBoxContentLink">' . BOX_CATALOG_MANUFACTURERS . '</a><br>' .

Add Below this

'<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_SLIDESHOW, '', 'NONSSL') . '" class="menuBoxContentLink">' . BOX_CATALOG_SLIDESHOW. '</a><br>' .

My catalog.php don´t have this Line

2.4 Include the slideshow on osCommerce Store home page

Open catalog/index.php

Find this

<!-- body //-->

Add after

<?php if(!$_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'])require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'slideshow.php'); ?>

If I but this line on my index.php my "old" scroller fail (from Modular Front page contribution).

How I can Fix it?.

Open catalog/admin/includes/boxes/catalog.php

       'link' => tep_href_link(FILENAME_MANUFACTURERS)

Add Below this.

       'code' => FILENAME_SLIDESHOW,
       'title' => BOX_CATALOG_SLIDESHOW,
       'link' => tep_href_link(FILENAME_SLIDESHOW)

I'll update the contribution as well shortly with corrected installation guide.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
