I have been using the addon ozpost-multiquote on my 2.3.1 store. It is also available for 2.2 store. External link: http://ozpost.vcsweb.com/ It has an initial free period then requires subscription as it downloads the latest Australia Post info directly from Australia Post to provide your customer with the most accurate quotation.
