FIMBLE
What type of hack was it Tony? I take it you have no back up to restore from? Nic Sometimes you're the dog and sometimes the lamp post [/url] My Contributions
Procommerce
Hi... Well let me tell you, first you have to clean and secure your site... analizing what kind of attack you suffered and cleaning it completely... then implementing all the security updates available. After this is done... you have to report to google in order to remove you from their blacklist... they use to take a few days. Hope this helps Providing Ecommerce & CRM Solutions since 1995 Vote my post up if you found it usefull
FIMBLE
A delete and restore will have the same effect and probably cost them a lot less too please remember this is a forum for helping people not for picking up clients. Regards Nic Nobody suggested a delete and restore until JUST NOW(assuming Tony has a clean backup.) Perhaps that suggestion should have come sooner ? FIMBLE
That's ok, you will not have too much trouble rebuilding the site if it comes to it. Shame it happened in the first instance :-( I do not see any offer of help you mentioned though? If you do decide to rebuild your site then don't forget to come and get free advice on the forum.
