wookietim Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 Every now and then, lines on an invoice in OSC seem to be deleted... I *suspect* that this is a user error, but the users swear up and down that they open the packing slip, print it out, pick the products, then go into the invoice edit screen and update the status to "Shipped" and touch nothing else. I can't find anywhere in OSC where the code deletes invoice lines unless they are reduced to zero, but yet if the users are to be believed somehow the system deletes lines seemingly at random.
