Does this work with Google Base feeds

I have been so frustrated by the fact that I have probably tried 3-4 so called Google base feeder but non of them worked. I have also had no reply on the so called support pages that they have supplied for the particular contribution. Before I tinker around with my site and its codes, I would like to know if this really works? I use google base feed and the last contribution that I used kept on giving me this error.

I truly, truly hope that someone replies my post and that this contribution is the solution to my problem. I have been trying to make this feed work for over 2 weeks now and has slowly become the bain of my existence.
