Guest
Hi all, So I'm back again - I have most of this site up and running: www.aveodirect.co.uk I am using Barclaycard's ePDQ as the payment, and have integrated it well into the OS Commerce site. The payment is going through to Barclay's ePDQ system, taking over the proce and shipping details from the OS Commerce site as it should do. The payments are successful and return me to the OS Commerce success page, as it should. However the major problem is the orders are then not showing up in the admin! this means I'm receiving payments and they are appearing on my ePDQ account, along with the customers name. However I have no idea what the customer ordered as no orders are showing up for them in the admin on OS Commerce. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated as the site is live. ~Kira
I am working on a store like that. It processes using authorize.net and the orders actually DO go through but as order 0 --- all of them. The store used to work correctly. Anyway, the orders 0 do not show up in admin. I think you might have an autoincrement problem in the database or something is wrong with the code. Check your orders table and orders_products and see if anything is in there. I think those are the right names. Either way, you're going to have to do some testing and debugging. I might be able to take a look if you want. Quote ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
