crxvfr Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 (edited) I have been trying to find the source of some intermittent errors with a payment module. Today when I ran a couple of test orders, it worked fine but the customer info is missing in the backend. The shipping and billing info is there, but no customer info. Any ideas? Guest Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 Joe, The customer has to create an account before making a purchase. The create_account.php file has a validation to ensure all the required information is present, so I don't understand how you could be missing information on the order.
