How to stop UPS Air shipping for ORMD items

Is there a way to flag certain items for only ground shipping? We sell a few products that are ORMD and cannot ship by UPS Air.

If they put one of these items in their shopping we do not want the UPS system to show any air shipment options.

Has anyone been able to accomplish this?
