How to edit the actual body of text in confirmation orders

I've searched for quite a while and couldn't find an answer to this.

 

How would I edit the emails that are sent to customers when they succesfuly place an order?

 

I'm talking about this email;

This body of text must be stored somewhere, but I can't find it anyhere :(

It's in checkout_process.php but it builds an array of values and call a generic mail routine. It will not be easy to do without a little php experience. Not for the novice to attempt. Your call.
