CCGV(trad) is not showing the option to add coupon code

So i installed the CCGV(trad) addon with out a problem (so i thought). I used a diff program to compare the addon's checkout_payment.php file and the one on my page and they were exactly the same, but when I get to checkout_payment.php, there is no where to add my coupon code!!!

 

I have this installed in my other store as well and the checkout_payment.php files ALSO are the same.. I dont know what I missed..
