Invalid Recipient postal code format for specified country

I've searched and searched and haven't found a solution to this. Can anyone help? Here's some debugging info:

Data returned from Fedex for Rating: 0,"###"2,"####"3,"Invalid Recipient postal code format for specified country."99,""

What do I have to do to remove the Invalid Recipient postal code error?

Help!

R you asking how to validate the post code a user inputs, if so there are scripts to do that out there, just search the web for code for your country.

I am using the Fed Ex Direct contribution to set up Fed Ex shipping.

I've installed the Contribution, but when I do a test order, I get

,"Invalid Recipient postal code format for specified country."99,""

So obviously there is an error with the data I am sending to Fed Ex, but I don't know what the error is or how to fix it. I haven't modified the contribution in any way.

Any thoughts?
