sackling
What would cause my site to not work on people who have french operating systems installed. That seems to be case of what is happening. I asked someone who can't access my site to send the error they see and here it is: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=4jov11&s=4 I can't seem to fully change my operating systems language so I cannot recreate the error. Any ideas what would cause this?
germ
You can force ths store to display in any language available so you can see the problem yourself. Like: http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?language=fr I know the language abbreviation for German is de I'm just making an educated guess on French... From looking at the pic your /includes/languages/french.php file is AWOL (among other things) If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. spooks
For ie if you click on internet options then the language tab you are then able to add languages to the browser & select the default osC will always use the browsers default language setting to set store language if that language exists (otherwise it uses the strore default) Check in admin what languages are installed, delete all that you are not using (they can be added back later) Sam Remember, What you think I ment may not be what I thought I ment when I said it.
