Where do i find "currency_code" variable

Hi - I'm having huge difficulty getting getting paypal to accept payments in my default currency (Aus Dollars). I've been told i should find & change the "currency_code" variable... where do i find it?

don't replace the currencies variable, better of to install the following module:

Display Total in Default Currency

the above contribution charge your client in default store currency.

 

Basically your clients can look the prices in different currencies, but checkout only in your own - Aus Dollars.
