Hello and I appologize if someone else covered this before, but my 6 hours search diod nto reveal anyhthing.

So I'm running osC v.2.2 - Ms2 and I just installed PayPal Website Payments Standard. I configured according to one very good article in this forum, I created the sanbox users etc.

If I go and I place an order and when it redirect me to PayPal site - there is the typical login in PayPal .... If I continue - I go to the normal PAyPal site. There is no indication of the order. I jst like I woul like on PayPal normally.

So the info is not transfered .... What can I do?

Thank you and appreciate your help

Try to install the PayPal IPN as you can setup the Transaction Type as "Per Item" to enable the option to pass all shopping cart details to PayPal

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

But isn't PayPal IPN require that the buyer to have PayPal? Also - it is required to have a secure site right?

Eventually I will end up with IPN - but I like the ideea of getting PP Standard.

This is what you meant - to uninstall PP Standard and install IPN, right ?
