Small problems

I have some small things that do not work even though I tried to do as it says in some threads.

 

- Set Newsletters and contry as default

- Change order number so they starts with orders higher number

- My extra orders email does not work at all, I get nothing, neither the supplier or customer. Mail and newsletters from the osc shop works, however, but not the extra mail

- Swedish letters as å ä ö looks strange in the admin side of customers' names and addresses, is there a setting to UTF-8, I assume?

- How do you install your own logo and text in the receipt the customer shall receive and how does it set so the customer actually receives its receipt
