Is there a way to modify the current tell a friend info box so that it is not specific to the product, but to the whole site? Is there a way to capture the email addresses used to cross reference with our referral points system?

 

Can this implemented on the Checkout_success page?

 

I have in mind a simple form with:

 

customers name and email,

 

5 fields for friends name and email,

 

A small text box with our generic text for them to modify if they wish

 

and submit button.

 

Is there anything available like this in the contribs area? I couldn't find a match.
