sharma.atul85 Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Hi.. when a customer purchases a product then his order status is displayed as pending in 'Orders' under admin Also 'number of products purchased" is also deducted from products quantity in database. But my client wants that if from admin I cancel the order then products quantity should revert back to the original one which was "before the customer purchased the product". For example : if products quantity is 100 and customer purchased two products then products quantity remaining is 98. So when admin cancel that order then product quantity should again become 100.
