jcoventry Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 I'm having trouble with Ultra Pics 2.07.01 + Lightbox. I installed this correctly, and I have lots of extra options in the Admin control panel. Under Catalog, if I select a product to edit, I have the option of a Products Image, Bigger Image and Pop-up Image. If I add my pre-sized thumbnail as the Products Image, and my large pop-up image as the Pop-Up Image, then the thumbnail displays correctly, but then I click on the thumbnail to enlarge, the lightbox appears with the spinning thing which never stops, and my big pop-up image never loads. The pop-up image only seems to work when I have chosen a "Bigger Image", but I am trying to bypass this because the "Bigger Image" seems to replace the small thumbnail entirely. All I need is a small thumbnail on the catalog listings, and product page, and a big popup when a user clicks on the small thumbnail. I tried using my small thumbnail image for "Products Image" and "Bigger Image" with my larger image for "Pop-up Image". With this method the pop-up image loads, but it is not my large image, but instead the small thumbnail?
