anansi22 Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hi, I've installed the Website Payment Pro and Pay without account modules, and now the checkout process is acting a bit flaky (described below): New customers who checkout without an account are able to flow through the process without a problem. Existing customers (that login) get to the checkout_payment page and all that is displayed there is the customer address (with the south-east arrow), the text box for additional instruction and the continue button. The fields for the credit card information are missing. If they click continue, they are taken to the summary page. I figure its the logic in the checkout process or checkout payment page. Have not been able to figure out where the issue is. I'm sure you guys who know this well will be able to say where to look. TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
