uniquexme Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 is there anyway that we can amend our customer's order? say for example, they checked out their cart, but then contact me to help them add some more products? or if they would like to cancel their order? coz currently, we can only change the status - pending, processing, delivered. can we add a cancelled status?
