Product Sort v1.7

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm trying to install Product Sort v1.7 contribution

http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/911

and having problem right off the bat.

When I run the following product_sort.sql,

ALTER TABLE products ADD `products_sort_order` INT(3);

INSERT INTO configuration (configuration_id, configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, last_modified, date_added, use_function, set_function) VALUES (263, 'Display Product Sort Order', 'PRODUCT_SORT_ORDER', '0', 'Do you want to display the Product Sort Order column?', 8, 29, '', '', NULL, NULL);

I get the "#1062 - Duplicate entry '263' for key 1" error message.

Your help would be greatly appreciated,

Susasn

it means there is already an entry in your database for id=263 - just change the id in your sql statement to another number, like 432 or something and you should be fine. alternatively just leave it blank '' and it will pick the next available id.
