CraneCreek
About two weeks ago my Authorize.net account quit relaying back to my store the order information. I can go into the database and find the order and recreate it but it never shows as an order. When buying something myself Authorize.net sent me back to a customer login page for my store but still had https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll in the address bar. If I try to login in twice the second one will successfully get me into my store but the order is still sitting in the cart. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Authorize.net changing settings in the Response/Receipt URLs with no good result. Does anyone have a solution or something else to look at? shootingstar
I just started having this same problem and sure would appreciate it if any of you ever found the solution. My orders are processing through auth net but redirects back to login page with the url https://secure.authorize.net/gateway,etc and does not show in DB as order. I receive payment confimation email, but not order confirmation. Really need to get this fixed asap. Any help?
shootingstar
(!) PLease any help? Authorize.net says that everything is working right on their end and I still can't seem to get it to redirect to checkout_success to complete order. Really could use some help here. Is it a coincedence that I started having this problem right after I renewed my ssl cert?

Is it a coincedence that I started having this problem right after I renewed my ssl cert? Well, since nobody can help....I think I solved the problem on my own. In the osc admin, I selected false for all of the cookie and session choices and everything suddenly works fine. I went back and selected true for the ssl session id and it still works, but forcing cookies or checking the Ip brings back the same error. Hope this might help someone out there fighting the same problem!
