doonunda
I've been trawling through the forum and contributions for about two months now. I've still a few enhancements to make. Thanks for your time. doonunda. Art Of Seduction Lingerie
Guest
Wow, fabulous job on the design! A few things I would change: take out the date & request since in the footer I think that the main page graphic is just a little too tall, and you have to scroll down too far to see the new products. When I add something to cart, it's not obvious that it's been added. Then in my cart is an item in size Large. The option to pick size and/or color needs to be added. I would definitely add PWA and perhaps the Amazon style log in. I love the front page & think a roll over effect on the round graphics would be way cool. I actually was expecting it when I saw them. At the least, link them to the appropriate category. Your enter button is too far down so I'm thinking, ok how do I get here? On your lightbox popups, I'd rather see a black background than white. I don't care for the shadowing on the category heading graphics or the logo. Did you put your product images on the black background to make them same height & width so they wouldn't be distorted? It's not necessary & I think they would look better without that. You can just set height or width. I really love it and most of the above is personal taste :)
doonunda
Thanks for your constructive criticism. I will be resizing the graphic and doing a few other things you suggested. Thanks again.
burt
Standard osCommerce layout. Very ugly background graphics. I really hate it. This site: http://www.eyekandeelingerie.com/ is presently at #15 in the osCommerce Hot 100 list, so would be what you should aim for in terms of look and style. Hunnenkoenig
Somewhere here on the forum there is a post about "how not to make an oscommerce site". READ IT! I mean it serious. No offense.
