which shipping module should I use?

I want to calculate the shipping cose depends on the total amount of the order and the destination. For example, if the total is $50 and the destination is in zone 1, the shipping cost will be $10. Which shipping module should I use to do so? Thanks in advance.

Zones rates

By editing /includes/modules/shipping/zones.php you can determine how many zones you have.

I'm still seeing "lb(s)" in the checkout_shipping.php. Do you know where can I change the weight unit? in which page?
