A site map makes it easier for indexing spiders to find all of the content on your site. Search engine spiders or bots have a hard time following links that use JavaScript, like mouseovers. Comments:

 

A very simple design. I would recommend making the reflection in the logo and shopping cart icon a little more subtle. I would add a logo and remove the default osCommerce icons. In addition, I would move the breadcrumbs to below the header links and the blue header bar.
