osCommerce is NOT template or theme based.

Buying one from templatemonster means installing a complete new shop loosing all modifications you did to your current install!!

Is there anyway to change the theme WITHOUT losing all the products that are in there?

I really need to know this, because I spent the last week adding about 750 products to my store!!!

Someone please help.

Thanks.

yes it can b done.. you need to buy the template form any template seller and replace all other files(If its a fresh copy , i mean that no addon plug in it) without below files and directories..

01. catalog/install/

02. catalog/includes/configure.php

03. catalog/admin/includes/configure.php

then it will work.. if you want more support PM me.

so you only left untouched the 2 configure files?:

configure.php

?

but the rest of the files within the directories named :

includes

admin

are replaced, along with the whole rest of the directories and files?
